Jim has been in the insurance industry and a LUTC member since 1991. He started out in life insurance. Jim was in the top 50 of 4500 agents nationwide for Monumental Life. He also became a manager, relocated to Columbus, Ohio. A year later Jim moved back to Michigan to work for Farm Bureau; he quickly became a top 10 producer.
14 years later Jim decided to buy his own agency. Shortly after that, he then purchased the Cloetingh Seaway General agency. Jim decided to change the name to Anchor Insurance Group Inc.
Jim graduated from Oakridge High School in 1985 and Muskegon Community College thereafter. He thoroughly enjoys helping people out with their insurance needs, along with recommending the correct coverages.
